About Cynthia

A little bit about me: I'm a God-fearing woman, proud patriot, & natural-born citizen of the USA. I possess genuine qualities and natural ability to be a care-giver. I'm experienced, punctual, trustworthy, compassionate, patient, humorous, & hard-working. I specialize in at-home hospice care as a private care-giver. References provided upon request. Additionally, I offer ADL services to seniors who are not on hospice, but might need assistance in different capacities. Listening, serving, being a part of my client's life story is an honour and a privilege. Let's do a puzzle together, take a leisurely walk, watch a good movie, or we'll read an exciting book together! I'll set the table, light a candle, and we'll enjoy a tasty meal that I've cooked up. It's not about me. I want to hear about YOU. What is important to you and to your loved ones? Maybe sometimes you just want me to sit beside you and hold your hand. Maybe you want to be left alone to watch tv while I'm studying in the other room. If you need me, I'm just a few steps away. I'm an excellent masseuse. It's good for blood flow and healing. I don't mind if your home is a little dusty. I'm a handy-dandy housekeeper! I love to organize and tidy. I have no problem with pets (as long as I'm not on their menu). I provide great animal care services. Sober living is my lifestyle. I am a non-smoker. I am also gluten-free. Dignity, honor and respect is my creed; smiles, hugs and laughter are free! Thank you for your time and consideration. Affectionately, Cindy

Care Giver

Sep 2014 - Sep 2015
Jessie L. Warner
Full-time, 24/7 live-in care giver to my 84 yr old mother, Jessie (9-13-1930 - 9-02-2015). Duties to include but not limited to: All personal care; appts and transportation; all shopping, cooking, housekeeping, pet care for my mother's dog. As medical and financial Power of Attorney for my mother, I paid her bills; I filed all necessary docs with state and local agencies to get my mother the help she needed and deserved. I worked tirelessly to get all her scripts in-network (cost effective!). I was there for my mother during and throughout her ER visits, hospital and nursing home stays, surgeries, doctor appts, wound care appts, all appts medical and non-medical. I was also on the lease with my mother and paid more than my fair share of the expenses and did little things to brighten her day; flowers, plants, wind chimes, music, beauty salon visits, church on Sundays (until she became too ill to attend). I kept daily logs of everything mother ate, drank, her activities (therapy, etc), and most importantly - medication management. I learned how to take a blood pressure reading, test for blood sugar using diabetic testing equipment, I learned how to administer insulin safely (oral & shots); I learned how to dress her wounds and skin tears with adaptic, MediHoney, non-stick sterile pads, gauze, and a compression sock to speed the healing process. I am able and available to provide TLC to you or your loved one.
