I became a Caregiver because upon taking in my father, as a young adult, I was to provide the ultimate care which included typical household requirements such as cleaning, feeding, bathing, while insuring the household was a healthy and happy environment. As a Caregiver I like to feel that I have improved the elderly or disabled quality of life by assisting in any aspect whether it is medically, physically, or s ocially. During my years as an independent contractor I worked with over 50 patients and was committed to the job and each individual with an exclusive amount of care and paying close attention to detail. While fulfilling my duties as a Caregiver comes with a lot self-motivation, all tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations in a safe and efficient manner. ... more
