I became a caregiver because helping people is what I love doing most. I love being of service to others, that in and of itself is rewarding. Clients rely on us as caregivers to help them meet their needs, and with the use of hard work, integrity, compassion and understanding, I'm able to help them meet their individual needs. Being a caregiver is really hard work at times and it can be very stressful, but seeing a smile on their faces makes it all worthwhile. I love what I do and I wouldn't have it any other way. I've accomplished a lot as a young adult. I graduated high school one year early and I'm currently working towards my A.A. at Cabrillo College. I plan to major in sociology with a minor in Psychology.
