ALS patient, he was dying, need a lot of help getting him comfortable, cleanliness was very important, he was on Gtube, breathing treatment every 4 hrs, medication as prescribed, oxygen as needed, sleeping with pi-pap on, etc,

The patient had a hip surgery due to fall, he was using a walker, encouraged him to walk for exercise, took him to doctors appointment, hospital when he's really sick, smoke 3 to 5 times a day, hearing loss through out the years, loss mobility use wheelchair and hospital bed, meal prep, bathing etc.
