I know I am the eyes and ears for the health care team and family members so I pay close attention to my patients looking for any changes. I pay close attention to their medications making sure they are working properly. With my knowledge and medical background I am able to communicate effectively and professionally with all individuals on a clients care team which in turn makes it easier for the physicians or other health care professionals to treat the client. This in turns brings great relief for my patients and their loved ones.
