About Shondra

I became a caregiver over 20 years ago to give back to a community that deserves attention, care, and compassion. The community that I talk about are people in need of living an independent life, despite personal and physical limitations. I enjoy being a caregiver because it allows me to help others to gain back or continue a quality of life that they have been accustomed to for a long time and through this I can learn from them and make a new friend. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I recently graduated from college earning my Bachelors Degree at 41 years old and I am currently working on my Masters in Psychology. It and is a tedious task, but it is one that I am most proud of along with being a single parent of three responsible young men. I am 42 years old and I am a natural born giver. I enjoy giving to and doing for others it makes me feel good and warms my heart. It is a very selfless act that does not require thinking, an unconscious action brought on by my love for others, and an expression the love I have inside of me.
