My name is Cynthia, l have been in medical field as CNA however, I have 7years of experience. l always desire to help others, especially seniors, listen as well as providing companionship ie compassionate. l also work with a great deal of independence, l 'm counted on to be where he or she required to be on time and prepared as well as to perform required duties in the absences of my supervision, ie dependable/honest As a caregiver, l understood that slowing down is a process of aging, allow the elderly to move at their own pace and not make them feel rushed.ie Patient. As caregivers l will able to develop closer bonds by sharing in the the sadness or happiness of the senior l care for, ie empathy. l like became a caregiver because when l was younger age about 14 years old l have passion, it starts when my grandfather had stroke so, when to visit him in the hospital they way he was took care by the doctors and nurses. I like being a caregiver because l derive joy by helping people in indeed. I'm proud of completion of my Associate Degree in Biological and Physical sciences, and currently aspirant to become RN. Most importantly the people l take care of.
