Assessment and writing of all treatment plans and weekly progress notes for each client assigned to caseload. Creative group facilitation including process, psycho-education, CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, coping skills, parenting skills, Seeking Safety, co-dependency, Non-Violent Communication, accountability and mindfulness. Conducts individual sessions 1-3 times weekly for each client with a focus on process, case management, discharge planning, and developing coping skills to deal with current triggers and increase distress tolerance. Selects and compiles relevant information and resources for clients to support them in overcoming mental and emotional problems including co-occurring disorders. Develops excellent rapport with clients and has a natural clinical ability, professionalism and modeling of wellness. Works closely with the county liaison to ensure excellence of care. Represents the nonprofit at trainings and in community outreach. Responsible for the overall program compliance and licensure of The Oliver House including safety of the children and clients and maintenance and management of the home. Responsible for ensuring reauthorization of services for clients by county each month. Responds when crisis intervention is needed and supports emotional regulation. Attends supervision and is a vital and useful part of the clinical team.
