Elderly Care Home Companion
Live-in care for 3 years for an 81 year old gentleman whose wife passed from Alzheimers. He wanted company, house cleaning, someone to care for the house and animals so he could socialize and travel. I also managed a lot of renovations to the house, even painted some rooms. It was a beautiful situation located in Camarillo, CA. Recently, did live-in care for a 96 year old woman from Estonia. She wanted company, food, general sponge bathing, located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Unfortunately, she passed away after 4 months of helping her. Most recently, was 6 weeks live-in caregiver for a 76 and 78 year old couple, again in Camarillo, CA. The house was filthy so I cleaned it from top to bottom. I fed, bathed, clothed her, fed him, and emptied his catheter every 4 hours, ran errands. They were very needy; he got verbally abusive and sunk into some mental illness.
