Providing 24 hour Hospice care for current client who is bed bound. Personal and professional companionship services commensurate with the needs of my client. Oxygen therapy and medication administration dependent on the clients current needs. Routine hygiene and wound care is performed to keep the client as comfortable as possible. Assists and provides all personal needs including, bathing, grooming, and healthy meal preparation. Vigilant to ensure that the clients health is a priority ensuring that all deviations from the norm are followed up with a consultation with the medical care team and the family. Works very closely with the clients family and Hospice team ensuring that the best and most proactive care is provided continuously for the client.

Provides caring personal and professional companionship services commensurate with the needs of my client and the desires of the clients family. Assists or provides all personal care needs including, bathing, grooming, and healthy meal preparation. Deal extensively with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and all other physical and mental challenges. All medications are ordered regularly and administered appropriately. Client is ambulatory but requires constant assistance with mobility. Ensures that all basic household responsibilities are tended to such as grocery shopping, laundry, and light cleaning. Vigilant to ensure that the clients health is a priority ensuring that all deviations from the norm are followed up with a consultation with the medical care team and the family. Ensures that the client is transported to all medical and dental appointments to include the scheduling of these appointments routinely and when the need arises. Works very closely with the clients family and health care team ensuring that the best and most proactive care is provided continuously for the client. Provides regular activities in home and on excursions with the client to ensure fullness of life is enjoyed to its fullest.

Supervised 16 Drill Instructors responsible for the safety and security of 60 adult felons. Manages the center's training programs for both inmates and correctional officers including physical training, work details, and community service programs. Developed various computer based training and learning tools and facilitates Substance Abuse and Accountability and Relapse Prevention programs. Conducts weekly performance based evaluations for all offenders. Ensured that all offender needs including hygiene, meals, and physical fitness were administered to on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. Offenders were administered prescribed medications as needed and any medical issues were addressed or referred as needed.
