About Veronica

Hello my name is Veronica. If your looking for a patient, compassionate CNA, that's me. I have many years of caregiving experience, it's always been a part of my life. Consecutively, this has been my career path for the last 10yrs. I have experience with children and adults with disabilities and special needs. My attention to detail and following family and physicians orders is impeccable. I have experience in wound care, ostomy care, catheter care, alzheimer, dementia, cooking nutritional food etc. I know how to operate most medical equipment, hoyer lifts, hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc. I was introduced into this field for the flexible hours while I was attending high school and thru college, where I recieved an Administrative Degree 1995. Although, my passion was always in caregiving. In 2010 I was given the opportunity to do it full time and oversee a household and a nursing staff of 5 in a private home setting. In 2018, I became CNA certified. I have a certification in CPR/AED from the AHA and recently completed a course for my HHA/Home Health Aid Certification thru Grossmont. I am registered with the State of California, I have a clean back ground check and I'm registered thru LifeScan and I have impeccable references. My plan is to go back to school in the near future and get my LVN license. I love this field because I love helping people live a quality of life that they want and deserve, I love making a difference in someone life and challenging them to the best of their abilities. I'm proud of the skill set I've aquired and the long lasting relationships I've made along the way.
