I love giving back to our community, Our elders need us the most! They have spent their lives raising us, now it is our turn to help them! My great grandparents raised me, so I've always been a caring person who cares for my fellow peers. Learning about their past and their backgrounds, how they grew up. It makes me feel great to be able to see some one who needs help and be able to give them all I have to offer. My personal achievement is my daughter and my grandma, I was a senior in high school at 17 and found out I was pregnant but I didn't let that stop me from getting my diploma, and because I walked across the stage, I inspired my great grandmother to go back to school and get her diploma, so at the age of 79 my great grandma waked across the stage and received her high school diploma!
