As a teen in high school I was fortunate to have worked at a Retirement home, and I soon learned the need of help the residents had .And that there were all types of health issues that needed to be addressed. I was able to learn a lot with this type of hands on interaction with the patrons. I was able to help with family members later in life and with friends that needed care.I learned also from each individual .their life experiences that they shared.They appreciated that I was not just their care giver but a friend.I have received training in Human Services, good nutrition,saftey and personal care. I enjoy history, antiques gardening and all animals.I have always had some type of pet and will help you with your's.
