For the past six years, I have worked as an Activity Director for top of the line communities on the SF Peninsula. I love my residents, but now I'm ready to give care on an individual bases. I am an amazing caregiver because I am compassionate, patient ,fun and funny. Most importantly, I adore working with seniors. As a professional Activity Director I am use to providing life enhancing programs for large communities of seniors. I have experience working in independent, assisted, memory care, and skilled nursing. I know how to engage and encourage seniors. I am a UCLA graduate with a MA in Theater and Modern Dance. I love music, art, crafts, dogs, horses, and gardening. I have had a full career promoting my motivational seminars, Improv Skills, as Business Skills all over the country. My husband and I live in Redwood City where he has his own law practice. Our one and only daughter is a freshman and Oregon State University studying Animal Science. She wants to be a veterinarian. I adore my little therapy dog - Meesha. She is the best medicine for all she meets. I am at a career transition where I want to focus on caring for others in a more personal way. I have a huge heart, I love to have fun and make people laugh. I look forward to caring for your love one and treat them like my own family.
