I have been a care giver since 2001. I started off working in a group home for disabled adults. I then got my CNA and worked in an hospital for 5 years till I jgot my LVN license. I then went on to work in a skilled nursing facility and a group home for disabled adults. In 2011, I found a great job at a assisted living organization where I was promoted to the Memory Care Coordinator position. I also obtained my RCFE administrator certification. I enjoy providing care for elders and have patience, which I think is key to giving great care
