Hello, my name is Ebony McDonald and what I believe makes me a good CNA is patience, compassion and the ability to adapt. I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field, to make a difference in people's lives and being a caregiver allows me to do so. I became a CNA not only to start my career in this field but also because I enjoy connecting with others. What I like most about being a caregiver aside from health improvements is hearing patients stories, I love seeing their eyes gleam as they tell me about places they've been, people they met and what the world was like through their eyes.
