Mar2014-Oct2018 Full Time Charge LVN. Nov2018-Aug2020 On-call Charge LVN. Medications administration with eMAR (PCC) to assigned residents. Also oversees 30 residents with 3-4 CNA each shift. Vital signs and bedside assessment checks for the residents for their day baseline. Check for the day's residents appointment, cohort with social workers services for transportation. Able to distinguish colors and smells as necessary for patient care, discern temperature variances through touch. Started change in condition/SBAR if there's change per resident's baseline. Called Primary care physician and reported current observation, and received orders by PCP. Followed up laboratory results as well as critical lab values to PCP. Able to send residents to emergency services for further evaluation per PCP order. Skilled with IVs, Trach and vent dependent residents, GTube, foley cath, wound care, NPWT (negative pressure wound treatment). Injections like IM, subcutaneous and transdermal.
