    I helped family member with medical and health management including hiring caregivers, medical appointment planning, obtaining needed durable medical equipment, ordering and picking up prescriptions, and health record maintenance. I provided direct care to family member by driving member to appointments and other designations, assisted with activities of daily living such as medication management, showering, dressing, transferring, cleaning, cooking, laundry washing, and safely transferring out of bed and safely ambulating to restroom at night. At times, I assisted with toileting and other hygiene tasks. I offered support with pain management, and motivational support for completing physical therapy. I also lived in family member's home to provide care 3 to 4 days a week for the last year of their life.
