I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. I started off being an in-home caregiver to a close family friend who was diagnosed with cancer in its third stage. I took care of this family friend until he transitioned and then I later began to take care of my mother who was also diagnosed with third stage cancer until she transitioned. I decided to become a caregiver and get my CNA license because I simply love to help and assist others with things that they cannot do themselves. I pride myself on treating my patients as respectful in caring as possible. I love what I do and I am proud to be a caregiver.
