I became a caregiver because I have always been a caring person. My very first job was to take care of adults and children with mental disabilities. I enjoy the time and difference that i can make in helping and caring for people. I also learn many new skills and knowledgeable information from the adults and children I care for. The qualities I like most about caregiving is the ability to care for someone other than myself and make a difference to them and their families through the care they receive from me. I have accomplished many goals in life but the accomplishments I'd have say I am most proud of is the opportunity to make differences and share a high level of compassion towards others. I am a caring, compassionate, patient individual. I give my clients the upmost care and respect. I have been in the line of caregiving for the last 5 years. I feel that I can accept any job and challenge I may be faced with. I am reliable and dependable and I will work giving myself 100% of myself at all times.
