I feel that getting my B.A in English in 2001 at age 49, is a personal achievement I am most proud of. . I was anArmy medic (Reserves). I was a Respiratory Therapist for 19 years. In 2008 I worked in Activities in a nursing home. I was laid off due to the economy; that is when I became a caregiver. I am a great listener. My life is lacking unless I am helping people. I took the initiative as a caregiver and arranged to take my client for a train ride. I also teach tai chi and water exercise to seniors. I am a free lance photographer. But, it is being a caregiver that is most important to me.

1. I became a caregiver because I wanted to step foot into jobs that fit my career. I recently just graduated nursing school as an lvn so I'm just now waiting on my state board test. 2. I like everything that comes with a caregiver. From taking care of the person, to being there for them at their lowest point. 3. A personal achievement I'm proud of is graduating nursing school. 4. I've wanted to become a nurse ever since I was a little girl! I'm making my dreams come true.
