House Supervisor: Responsible for assistance with staff/floor nurses, Responsible for new admission inputs and assessments, Responsible for any change of conditions or transfers, Responsible for any MD/RD recommendation orders Floor Nurse: Responsible for proper and timely administration of patient medications and treatments, Responsible for any change of condition or any MD orders for assigned patients, Responsible for thorough charting for necessary patient chartings. Infection Prevention Nurse: Responsible for all patient with infectious disease, contagious illnesses, ABX txs in relation to McGee's criteria and ABX stewardship, Monitoring for all patient and staff members immunization and annual testing. Monitoring and responsible for patient and staff educations regarding contagious illnesses, CDC recommended guidelines, Facility Treatment Nurse: Responsible for all treatment to be administered in a timely manner, Responsible for all change of conditions regarding skin and body, Responsible for skin prevention assessments, Responsible for weekly Wound MD rounds, Extensive wound vac training and experience.
