I have so many achievements but I have one that will really always remain in my heart! Walking into a old client room to get him up and he was going into Diabetic Shock (Hypoglycemia)! Called 911 and I quickly ran into the Kitchen and got some OJ and put 3 spoons of sugar into it to get his sugar levels back up quick.
