Hello my name is Teresa I am a 10 year experienced caregiver. I am a graduate from CNA nursing school. I have a lot of experience working with seniors some of the work settings I would affiliate with were home care agencies one on one care, memory cares, board and care residential homes, assisted living, hospice care and patient sitter @ skilled nursing facilities. My goal is to help my patients with all the activities of daily living as needed to make there lives easier, some of the duties I include are meal preps, medication administration, and or reminders, bathing, grocery shopping, companionship, transportation to Dr appointments , transfers, etc.. I have worked with patients diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other disabilities Ive also work with patients who are immobilized and need transfers with hoyerlifts and or are incontinent. I travel all Orange County up to 25-30 mile radius I am very loving compassionate, kind, responsible, reliable, flexible and multi task.
