What makes me a good caregiver I've been doing this for over 20 years taking care of variety of people. Am a Licensed Vocational Nurse I have work experience as a transplant coordinator having to provide guidance, Education and instructions to my patient to receive a transplant as well as working with patients that received transplant on the post-op side providing patient care, making sure their recovery goes smoothly as well has the patients healing process. I have also taken care of both of my parents, I took care of my Father until he expired. I have also taken care of my mom. I've helped her through all her doctors appointments, procedures, also helped her through the process of getting a liver and kidney transplant and nursed her back to health. She's doing great and living life and enjoying life. I like and I enjoy helping people and showing compassion and showing that I care. I treat my patients as family. What I most enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing my patients smile, comfortable and pleased with my work. I also enjoy hearing my patients tell me they look forward to my return. My personal achievement that am proud of is that My Heavenly Father has blessed me with the ability, compassion and knowledge to touch and bring healing and comfort to my patients .
