In one of the facilities I worked in I was given a mentor position meaning i would train new cna's on the proper ways of caring for patients & I am able to use that anywhere I go, that makes me very proud knowing I am appreciated.I have 3 kids,my younger is 14 & try to teach & encourage them to help others.
