About Bonnie

My name is Bonnie and I've been a caregiver for 39 years. I started out doing caregiving for my family after my mom became ill and really enjoyed supporting my family . I worked for several agencies and gained training and experience working with clients with various conditions. I also completed certificate training as a pharmacy tech which is very helpful when dealing with medication and pharmacy issues. I like to listen to clients experiences which I find very interesting. I am patient and provide safe, nurturing environments. I am have good written and verbal communication skills. I am flexible with scheduling and if an occasion arises where I need to spend extra time with a client I do my best to accommodate that need. I have experience working with a hospice team and love being a dependable part of a caregiving team! One of my best accomplishments so far has been training for and completing the LA marathon with the Leukemia Society in 1999. I was able to raise $2000 and awareness for the Leukemia society and do something positive for my family and myself as my sister had Leukemia. I have experience petsitting and giving medication to both cats and dogs. I am registered with the Homecare Svcs Bureau as required by law and I'm listed as a cleared provider. My I'd is #7501121723. Their phone number is 877-424-5778. I have excellent personal and professional references. Thank you for your consideration. Bonnie

I am very empathetic, positive, trustworthy, honest, and I love people, particularly seniors. I lost my mother when I was 17 and I cherish families and people for who they are. I love hearing their stories and learning about them. I love to help them and make them feel good and positive even when then might be feeling alone and down. I like to do things for them that they can't do for themselves. I cherish the time I get to spend with them and try to make it as special as possible. Because they are special.
