In my years of providing care, I have come to realize that caring for others is a special calling, not everyone can do it. It takes humility and loving kindness, integrity and loyalty to care for someone. Learning to understand the needs of a person as an individual and adapting to provide them with the best care you can give is a must. Families allowing others to care for their love one seek a person they can truly trust and have confidence in.
