I am currently a full time medication technician and caregiver for a beautiful senior living and memory care facility in Rocklin, California. I have never loved a job more, and I truly feel a calling for this work. However, with 3 school age children, I'm needing to create a better work - life balance without completely giving up the work I love. I am a certified pharmacy technician. I am currently certified in CPR, First aid, and am a licensed Home Health Aid. I transitioned into this kine of work from pharmacy when my grandmother began battling dimentia. I knew that my family was lucky enough to find care within the family, but that many families aren't as fortunate... so my goal is to be the caregiver I would have wanted for my own grandmother, had I not been able to care for her myself. I take a family placing their trust in me very seriously, and I take a client's needs, rights, dignity, and boundaries VERY seriously. I would love to find a family to work with that needs any and types of care, sporadically, or on a regular basis, as it fits their lives, and my own.
