My name is Elizabeth or Liz many call me. I am 30 years old and just moved to Antelope valley. I became very determined and dedicated to being the best caregiver I could be in 2015. I have a multi faceted skill set from mental health provider to companion to medication assistant/administrator, all the way to head cook. I have high energy and a strong willingness to help wherever I am needed, whatever it takes with spunk, determination and patience. Spending day after day with clients, getting to know them and the way they like things done, getting them dressed or cleaned up , cooking them food and watching them smile and feel safe is so very humbling and motivating for me. listening to clients is very important for me to know their frustrations and help them through the day. I take so much pride in understanding the stress, fear and so many other emotions that come with requiring the care of others. I always show up and prove my dedication and loyalty to quality of care and maintaining the clients dignity. I tend to be very personable with my clients and co-workers as it builds trusting and positive but respectful and lasting relationships. With my wide variety of skills and knowledge I hope to become the best caregiver for you, your loved one or your facility.
