About Lilian

Hello, My name is Lili, caregiver for 17 years. I started with my mom who had Diabetes and blood circulation problems, and dad with Demencia and liver cancer. I then continue with Inhouse support service for Sacramento county and have been with them taking care of the elderly and disabled. I have also worked privately with a couple who were 96/97 years old for 3 years in Roseville. It has been very rewarding, because I became apart of their family and helped them stay home and not a hospital or care facility. I am CPR certified and finger printed throughout the US. My personnel achievements have been learning how to care and empathize the needs of my clients by being patient, loving and understanding. And what I enjoy most, is knowing that I have made a difference in their lives and I've helped them stay at home.

Though my first pick is with the Dementia and Alzheimer's clients, I have had other clients with other conditions, such as, stroke, diabetes and congested heart failure etc.. In 2011 when my ex mother in law became sick I became one of her caregivers. It was then that I realized how much I enjoyed caring for her. I do believe this is my calling. I was once offered a position as manager of a home health company. I did not think I could do that job. I was right because I need to be the caregiver not the office person. I love my job. I like everything about caregiving. I love my seniors. I love their stories and their laughter. I'm happy when they are happy. I look forward everyday to seeing my seniors. I love cooking, cleaning and fussing over my seniors, so I'm a natural at caregiving. Remember if you love what you do it's never a job. My fee starts at $25 an hour. My fee increases if the shift is split. Also would like employer to pay a share of taxes. I am currently working for $24 an hour but I am not so sure that after 36.5 months it's working.
