About Andrea

Being a caregiver is not a job, rather, it is who I am. I am a mother of grown children with special needs and I have always loved caring for them. I have also assisted with my own grandmother as she aged and neared her end of life. I have been caring for people for 25 years and became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2013. I am experienced in dementia. I currently work in a residential care facility for the elderly that houses 6 reseidents. It is one caregiver per shift. It goes without saying... I am really good at what I do!! I began employment as a caregiver and have attended caregiver courses continiously since 2010. I am gentle and patient and so very compassionate. I am 42 in age and with that comes maturity and stability, as well as experience. I am available Sundays after 5pm and Mondays through Wednesdays starting 9am. Open to hourly or 12,16,24 hour care.
