I only wish that I would have discovered caregiving earlier in life it truly is the most rewarding job that I have ever done. I have over 5 years of experience that include Dementia, Alzheimer's, Hospice care, rehab after hospital stay, companionship, transportation. Lots of laughing and talking and most of all, the details, the little things in life that really do matter I found my niche in life. I go to work each day with a smile on my face, plain and simple I love taking care of people and treating them with the respect and dignity that everyone deserves. I look at caregiving as not only a job but a privilage and a chance to make a difference.
