I started out with being a CNA and became a LVN and then became a RN because I could able take care patients effectively with my nursing knowledge and skills to impact on others lives. The most enjoyable part of being a nurse is to be able to see patients recover from their illness and be discharged homes. A personal achievement that I am proud of myself is being able to work as a supervisor sometimes in my current job, and to be able to admit patients from hospitals, and supervise the nursing team which includes licensed nurses and CNAs , as well as be able to solve whatever issues that could come up in my shift.
