I like working with the elderly just the way I would like to be cared for when my time comes I have great communication skills and I take my time to listen to what the client is saying without interruption. Moving to the USA from a different continent, the concept of caring for the elderly was totally different from my culture. I used to care for my grand parents when I was you g and before I came to the USA, i was caring for my dad who had dementia and when I am a caregiver, I still have great memories about my dad hence, I fell like I am taking care of a family member I enjoy knowing that I make my client happy by giving them the best quality service I can Am proud that I have been praised for the work I do by my employer
