Being a great caregiver is a talent. Not everyone can do it from the heart. I enjoy talking to people. When it come to work it really isn't work. It's more like family. Since we are with resident sometimes until the pass away. We as caregivers become their family. I enjoy having people around me. And if I can help them out I will. I enjoy listening to the stories some of the residents have. You learn lot by listening. And if it's a rock star bring it ! The stories are unique and interesting. I know there are some hard days. But most of the time it's a nice field.
