I have been a Licensed Psychiatric Technician since 1976. I have been caring for people my entire career. I am 62 years young & very active. I am very good with people, all ages, men & women & have a wide range of knowledge & expertise. Some of my experience in the past 25 yrs. has been in the State Hospital system, Jail & Prison setting as a Mental Health Professional, as well as a private care Professional. I maintain a very clean, orderly household. I am skilled in all phases of Care giving, depending on what the needs of my client are, any & all daily living skills that may be required. Will do laundry as per necessary. I am very skilled in planning meals, ensuring each meal is nutritious & tasty. I am trained & poses a solid background of most Medications. As well as a solid grasp of basic Nursing Skills & Care giving. I do enjoy working with people, & love to work in the yard as kind of a contrast to this job, as care giving keeps you inside most of the time. I have worked with Geriatric clientele since 2007. Working for people privately in the comfort of there own home. I am very flexible, can come in for a few hrs. a day or live-in 24/7, whatever the need may require. Over all I am healthy, dependable, honest, & trustworthy. I am very calm, patient, & even tempered, even when crisis' erupt, I am very calm & can handle most situations. I can follow & carry out instructions to the letter, or can work independently, structuring my time wisely.

I quit my job and work as a Caregiver at the private of their home. I like doing this job because is not really a job, is a passion for me to love and care for the elderly.
