I started by taking Family leave from my job as a Bookkeeper, to care for my Father. I thought at that point 5 years ago, hey I would like to do this for a living. Two years later my Father passed away and I lost my job and began caring for my Mother. At that point I decided to go to school and become certified. Received my CNA in 2013. Have been working since then and love what I'm doing. I am caring, dependable, fun, positive and energetic. I am a team player and can also take the lead. I love to cook, bake and juice. Interested in healthy living. Love walking, music, traveling and especially my family!

If you are looking for a reliable and loyal worker, I am that person. I have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly solve problems, and anticipate a need. I perform non-medical homecare, due to advanced age, physical disabilities, and/or mental deficiency. I work flexible hours and do live-in, but always work around your schedule. I bring 20 years of experience as a senior caregiver. Empathy, understanding, and respect is how I treat my patients. I give them as much independence as I can....when a patient know they can still control some parts of their life, that goes a long way in their mental health. Cooking is one of my hobbies and can prepare a variety of different types of meals. I am also familiar with cooking for different types of ailments and health conditions. I am a lover of all animals and comfortable around dogs and cats or whatever you may call your "baby*. I work with doctors and medical professionals to achieve the best care for the patient. I have worked with patients who does dialysis, who had diabetes, cancer and dementia. I strongly believe that the best way to perform my care is listed above. *Empathy - to put myself in their place and see things from their perspective. *Understanding - my action will effect his/her situation.
