I believe what makes me a great caregiver is my love of senior citizens. My personality is gentle kind and compassionate. I believe it's very important for seniors to stay as independent as possible yet to be there by their side in case they need my care. I retired from corporate America after 30 years early and decided to do something I love. I worked in a high-end care facility in 2017 but found my personality was better matched to in home care.
