I am currently employed by the Maricopa County Correctional Health Services Agency as an License Practical Nurse with responsibilities for patient care and medication distribution. Additionally, I spent eight years as an Emergency Department Nurse with full responsibility over patient care under the direction of ER Physician. Before my nursing career I had a presence in the business community, occupying various roles and responsibilities, ranging from Vice-President of Operations, Regional Operations Director to Business Development, Manager. In these capacities, I had been directly responsible for a multi state region consisting of major Entertainment venues as well as diverse retail, Industrial and commercial accounts. Over the years I have accumulated a great deal of experience and success in patient care, medication administration, critical thinking and action, business development, key account management and retention, budget control, profit/loss management, and organizational leadership. I will utilize all of these experiences to be positive contributor to your team. I went into the nursing field in response to an need to be of service to others. Lastly, I served fourteen years in the United States Army, with increasing levels of responsibility in the Military Police Corps.
