I feel as though I'm a great LVN because I am passionate about what I do. I do more than what is expected of me and I take the extra time with patients so they can feel loved also with family members which are a big component of the job. Not only should the patient feel comfortable and satisfied with their needs being met so should the family members. I am a great team member and often help CNA's I believe if you have a great caregiver it makes a world of difference. I especially like working with dementia patients I feel they need a little more time and love due to losing your memory can be a lot more challenging and frightening. I am proud of the experience I have gained and will continue to always help others.
