I consider myself as an outgoing and reliable person who has a lot empathy for others. I like to be organized and most important I communicate a lot because I believe that's the most important qualification for any job. I think that everybody does a job for money but with it comes to healthcare we need to take a stay back and reconsider it because taking care of others it's not like any other job where you can make a mistake and nothing happens, where nobody gets hurt. Working in this field means working directly with another human being. I became a CNA because I like to help others, not only in a physical way but in any other possible way. I believe that nursing is all about helping others to get relief of pain by using any skill we learn throughout the use of the specific license we possess. That's why I still go to school so I can keep growing in this field and eventually become an RN. I also believe that at the end of the day it's not all about the person with more qualifications but the person with a real commitment to provide the right care. The thing I enjoy the most about being a CNA is making connections with people. It amazes me how much some people have to say. Thank you again for taking the time to read about me.
