I was part of the team: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathologist - assisting the client with activities of daily living. I worked from 7 am - 5:30 pm - 3 to 4 days a week. I also was her companion. We went shopping, to the movies, to concerts and maybe just drive.

I cared for this client 7 days and on the weekends; I cared for her once in the morning and once in the evening. Personal care - patient was bedrest; medication management; companion.
