I have been providing care to individuals in my community for over 22 years. I feel blessed to have been able to provide care to individuals with care until their last moment on earth. Each person has made a large impact on my life. Some families have been my family for many years because of the connection of the person I provided care for. I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and dementia.

1. Patience. When dealing with the elderly, it is essential for a caregiver to be patient. Dependability. When the wellbeing of an elderly individual depends on your presence, you need to be there. Confidence. Attentiveness. Trustworthiness. Supportive. Compassionate. Creative. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is that you are helping someone , a stranger even, and how much they make you feel like a family member in such short time. I'm proud of the way I handle myself, my patience, my passion for helping others. I'm really happy with where I can go in life due to my patience.

Hello. I have 24 years of experience as a CNA/ caregiver. I have worked skilled care, palliative, ambulatory, home health, and assisted living. I strive to make my clients quality of life the best possible. They am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am also in school to become an Rn, Bsn.

I like to think of my self as very focus driven, strong mental and physically, patient and very kind , there maybe better certified candidates, but I know I am by far the most compassionate, I just love to help people, it's give me so much joy.

I am a social butterfly and love to meet new people. My late great grandmother was my biggest fan and best friend, she is the one who encouraged me to go into healthcare. I love to serve people & I do it through caring for them when they need it most.

I became a caregiver because I had always wanted to be a nurse when I was younger. Also, my best friend/sister-in-law became very ill at an early age and I had wanted to take care of her but never got the chance as she passed away at age 44. My mom also became ill shortly thereafter and I promised that she would never go to a nursing home. My intention was to care for her in my home, but unfortunately she never made it home from the hospital. I vowed that if I could not help my own family then I would help someone else. I love being able to help people stay in their homes as long as possible and having the family reassured that their loved ones are being cared for in their absence. My personal achievements that I am proud of are being with two of my clients until the end of their life and knowing that I made things a bit easier for their families. As for myself, I am the mother of four sons and grew up with five older brothers.

I am loving, patient, caring, giving and I love working with people especially the elderly. I've always had a love for children, and the elderly, when my great grandmother need to be cared for later in her life, I was honored to do it for, and that is when I knew this what I wanted to do. I love listening to the stories, and the lives that they have lived, and to see how far they have come. I have been working in this field for over 20+ years, and I am loving every moment.

I have 6 years of effective and high quality healthcare experience as a combat medic in the US Army. I enjoy being able to give patients the compassionate and high quality care they deserve.
