I am very compassionate and caring. I have been a caregiver for 7 years. I had the opportunity to help an elderly friend in New York, and when I moved to Colorado, I had a void in my life, and found that caregiving fills that void for me. I enjoy listening to the stories that people have to tell, and enjoy learning about their life and life experiences. I like to make people feel comfortable.

Hello my name is Lynnett I am 32 years old and I have been working in some kind of caregiving big chunks of my life. When I was a teenager I would babysit family and people around my neighborhood, as I became an adult I worked as a nanny/assistant teacher at a Montessori school for two years . I worked with children who had autism as well as other behaviors. For the past five years I've been working in caregiving I enjoy working with the elderly very much. I've worked in facilities like Memory Care, skilled nursing as well as just Assisted Living. I enjoy working with the elderly a lot I was very close to my grandmother as a little girl and when I was 18 she passed away, but before she passed away I took care of her in her own home and that is kind of what got me into this field. I also worked as a cook for 5 years in an Italian restaurant and I only quit when the restaurant itself closed. I am a fast learner I enjoy challenges as well as new experiences. I am very compassionate, patient as well as nurturing. I know that I would be welcomed into your own personal home and therefore I am a guest as well as an employee so whatever rules or needs that your loved one has I am willing to abide by those. I know everybody has their own ways of doing things and I don't want to take control away from your family member I want them to know that I am only there to assist them and whatever they want me to do for them. I would love to assist you in anything that you need.
I have always enjoyed the ability to help others to enjoy living when it becomes hard for various reasons. I am very friendly and always smiling. I have cared for people for about 10 years now whether privately for family/friends or under a company. I feel like I will be a great fit for anyone.
I absolutely love the elderly as well as all ages. I'm 19 and have been doing this for a year. I stared at at home care then moved to a facility but I would rather be doing at home. Ever since I was little I used to go to church with my grandma and when I would go I wanted to hang out with the elderly. Until my grandma got sick with cancer I wanted to help out any person I could. I want to help the elderly as well as anyone else who needs it. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is getting to know that person. Listen to all there stories and listen to what they need. I also love going home at the end of the day knowing I helped someone. A personal achievement that I have made is being a QMAP. Most people under the age of 25 do not have this and to me that is a big deal.
I have been blessed to do the thing i love the most, caring for others! I have been a caregiver most of my life in one way or another. In the last six years I have been caregiving/personal assisting for some very wonderful people and their families. I am a loving, patient, kind person with a heart for people and their circumstances. Some of the things i do, but not limited to, are: Cooking, light housekeeping, errand running, grocery shopping, Dr appts, basically if i see a need... i do it!! I am a self motivated, upbeat and positive person that loves to smile and bring a smile to the faces ive been blessed to be part of. Hope to hear from you!

I have been a caregiver for 30 years and enjoy working with people and being part of their lives. I ran a retirement home as an assisted-living director and ran the dining room and started the Alzheimer's unit. I have been working with home health agencies and also at facilities and enjoy doing activities with the residence and seeing people smiling and laughing because most of them do not have families that come and visit them so basically we are their family. I enjoy being a caregiver and being in their homes because then you get to be one on one with them which makes caregiving more personable and it's a blessing that most of them can stay in their homes. Being a caregiver is not a talent or something that you can be trained on it's mostly what's in your heart and knowing that the elderly need good people to take care of them and One day we are going to be in the position where we will need someone to take care of us so knowing that there are good caregivers out there it just makes it easier on the family to take care of their loved one.
I am a very people-friendly person. I have been working as a CNA since almost four years (I have been in the US since five years). My dad chose myself a career pathway for my future- Nursing. He is 64 and my mom is 63. I love taking care of elderly people as they are very near to my heart. My personal achievement till now is I live with my parents and I am getting to take care of them as much as I want to. "Caregiving" term is itself exciting for me.

I support the individual with their independence, personal care, running errands, preparing meals, outings, cleaning and organizing and whatever needs arise. I am a punctual, passionate, caring, sensitive, respectful and outgoing person and honor each individual. Each encounter with a Person who crosses my path is always a gained experience which I treasure. I am looking forward to connect with you. Best, Tina
I starting working as a caregiver in a year of 2003, and I love it. I become a CNA on the sane year that I was working as a caregiver, and still am a CNA up until now. Making my resident happy and satisfied is my number one specialty. I always put my heart out every time I work. Being around a senior, its like being a round my own grandma and grandpa, in other words, they're like my second family. Me, I am a very honest and caring person with passion and a big heart. I also am very cheerful. I will try my very best to make you smile and satisfied when I am with you. :)
