Hello! My name is Madison, but most people call me Maddie, dealers choice. I absolutely love being a caregiver! It brings me such happiness and fulfillment being able provide assistance to those who need it. I know how hard it can be to take care of your loved ones, and how hard it is to give trust to someone else to care for them. My mother and I were the soul caregivers for my grandmother (for over 10 years) up to the day she ended up in the hospital and passed away. It was so hard for me to let go of her to the hospital, but the CNA's, and nurses there were absolutely amazing, taking great care of my grandma and making sure we as the family were okay. That's when I decided to start care-giving as a career. Best decision I have ever made! Having worked at different types of care facilities for awhile, I wanted to give in-home care a try. Being able to spend more one on one time, being able to have an open line of communication with family/POA for any and all needs (big one), so many things appeal to me about in-home care, and all of it is based on being able to give the best care I can possibly give to not only help my patients, but their families.
