Hello, this is Pat Johnson, I am applying for this live-in position to provide Activities of Daily Living. I have 20 years of skills and experience with personal care. I am experienced in working with Dementia clients, I am an independent Caregiver. I will provide bathing, dressing, meal preparation, socializing, assist to appointments if needed, medication management, light housekeeping and will consider any special request made within legal limits. Transportation if needed is an additional cost and I offer a flat daily rate for live - in services. I am dependable, kind, trustworthy, caring, a companion to the Client, with a clean record and excellent References. As a live-in, I provide my own personals/meals, my available days are Tue-Saturday mornings. I work a 4 day week,with a 3 day relief and avoid burn-out. My PPD is up to date/physical. Non-smoker and college educated!
