I gave Maritza a bath every morning , assisted with dressing , prepared her breakfast , reminded her of her medicine , Took her blood pressure , made sure she checked her blood daily . Took her to her Drs appointments , did her food shopping , Called and made her Drs appointments , light cleaning . Lots of emotional support and companion . Maritza suffered a stroke and ended up in a home since she needed 24 hr care .

I gave her baths using techniques for bed ridden , assisted with therapy exercises, experience with use of splints, I used the hoyerlift to transfer her from bed to wheelchair and to toilet , I fed her , combed her hair , cut her nails , gave her companion and lots of emotional support . My job ended cause client needed 24 care and was placed in a elderly home .
