I am a natural caregiver. While my seven children were growing, I worked in homes with children; in hospitals and nursing homes with adults; and, to balance my own health and wellness and be able to give care to others, I practiced yoga and healthy eating. Now that I am older, I enjoy using my years of experience and understanding to support seniors who are able to thrive in their own homes. I am strong, thoughtful, careful and generous, and I can be busy or quiet with equal satisfaction. Finally, I work as a team member with two other women who are also Caring Companions.
