I became a care giver because our elders aren't being treated and taking of like they should be and if you want to make a change you have to start with yourself. I'm one person but i can make a difference. I love being a care giver because making the elderly feel like they can depend on and trust me. I love leaving them knowing they've gotten the best care. A personal achievement that i am proud of is how i got one of my clients who never go out of bed and who never said more then a few words to come out of his shell and have dinner with the others. He told me all about this time in the war, I've never seen him smile and laugh so much. I am a highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic self-starter who can work well independently or on a team. I am innovative, enthusiastic and have an uncompromising work ethic.
